Sunflower oil, Chilli flakes, Red chilli powder,Sichuan peppercorn, Buff meat bites,Garlic, Peanuts, Cinnamon bark, Star anise, Sesame Seeds, Lemon concentrate, Salt, MSG

Spoon generously over momo, thukpa, or noodles for a rich, spicy boost. Also great mixed into fried rice or served as a side dip with plain rice. Shake well before use since the buff bits settle at the bottom.
