Chicken curry masala

Coriander,Cumin, Turmeric, Red chilly Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Fenugreek, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Mustard, Salt.

Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in oil, then add the masala and chicken pieces, cooking until the spices coat the meat evenly. Add water and simmer until cooked through. Adjust quantity based on preferred spice level.
