Coriander, Cumin, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Ginger, Garlic, Onion Powder, Fenugreek Leaves, Mustard, Fennel, Salt, Edible Starch, INS 551.

Mix directly into minced meat or finely chopped vegetables along with onion, garlic, and ginger before filling the momo wrappers. Adjust quantity based on preferred spice level. 

Store in a cool, dry place.
