Mutton Curry Masala

Coriander, Cumin, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Ginger, Garlic, Onion Powder, Fenugreek Leaves, Mustard, Fennel, Salt, Edible Starch, INS 551.

Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in oil, then add the masala and mutton, cooking until the spices coat the meat evenly. Add water and simmer until tender. Adjust quantity based on preferred spice level.
