Garam Masala

Coriander, Cumin, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Ginger, Garlic, Onion Powder, Fenugreek Leaves, Mustard, Fennel, Salt, Edible Starch, INS 551.

Sprinkle a small amount towards the end of cooking curries, dal, or vegetables for a final aromatic boost. Can also be mixed into marinades for extra depth. A little goes a long way  start with half a teaspoon and adjust to taste. Store in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.
